We teach freestyle kickboxing with a focus on conditioning and speed. Not done this before ? Don't worry Simon will soon get you into shape.  We want to improve your level of fitness - if you are looking for full contact sparring then this isn't the place for you.

All grades (basic/intermediate/advanced)

  • Our syllabus runs from basic to advanced levels
  • Building on each session activity as you advance through each level
  • As you progress the number of repetitions and combinations will increase


  • We will try and match you existing experience to our belt/gradings
