  • Karate - preferrably white GI's
  • Kardio Kickboxing - black kickboxing trousers and grey (preferrably BCMA) t-shirts
  • Don't worry to start with - tracksuit and t-shirts will be fine
  • You can go barefoot but wear trainers if you prefer
  • We do use matting but not all the time...
  • ...its not often you'll be standing on it when you're required to use self defence....


  • From your 2nd session onwards in order for insurance cover to be put in place


  • No certainly not - we want you to enjoy yourselves not run off !


  • A towel - you'll get sweaty !
