- Karate - preferrably white GI's
- Kardio Kickboxing - black kickboxing trousers and grey (preferrably BCMA) t-shirts
- Don't worry to start with - tracksuit and t-shirts will be fine
- You can go barefoot but wear trainers if you prefer
- We do use matting but not all the time...
- ...its not often you'll be standing on it when you're required to use self defence....
- From your 2nd session onwards in order for insurance cover to be put in place
- No certainly not - we want you to enjoy yourselves not run off !
- A towel - you'll get sweaty !
- And a drinks bottle
